Program description

RingBack provides missed-call text-back messaging on behalf of participating local businesses. When you call a participating business and your call is not answered, you receive an automated text message from that business's phone number so the business can follow up on your inquiry. Ongoing messages are conversational replies related to your inquiry.

How you opt in

By placing a call to a participating business, you consent to receive a text message reply related to your inquiry from that business's number. You may also opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies by conversation; typically 1–5 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at angelocastillo415@gmail.com.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
